Our Experience

With roughly 15 years in strategic talent management working with organizations across multiple industries, our focus is to leverage our knowledge, processes, and experience to be of service to our customers. Whether  facilitating strategic planning,  engaging in data analytics, talent assessment, or leadership development, we serve as a catalyst to increase individual and organizational performance and tackle the tough questions that sometimes go unanswered. About Us

Luke Simmering PhD

With 15 years of experience as a practicing Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, Luke has had the opportunity to partner with organizations across the globe and across multiple industries. From working internally for a Fortune 50 organization to spending nearly 10 years as an advisor to organizations as an external consultant, Luke has experience and a track record of success advising organizations on an array of strategic initiatives. Luke completed his Bachelors degree at Oklahoma State University, his Masters in I/O Psychology at Minnesota State University, and his PhD in I/O Psychology at Louisiana Tech University. Over the years, Luke has been actively involved in various industry organizations (i.e., SIOP, SHRM, APA, FFI) and also has a certification in Family Business Advising. He serves as an adjunct faculty teaching Business Analytics in an MBA program for a local university and also spends his free time outside golfing, fishing, and enjoying time with his family. Luke resides in Newton, KS with his wife (Morgan) and two kids (William and Clara).
